The minimum share capital that you have to contribute to the establishment is 25.000 euros, of which only half (i.e. only 12.500 euros) must be paid in immediately.

In theory, a foundation in kind, i.e. the introduction of a machine, is one automotive etc. is possible. However, this procedure is more difficult because the value of the contribution in kind has to be determined precisely, which may result in additional costs for an expert or appraisal. Whether this variant really makes sense should be carefully weighed beforehand.

Either way, there are of course the costs for the notary, the entry in the commercial register and the announcement.
