We are the Niederrhein Business Center in Krefeld – a modern virtual office that offers entrepreneurs and start-ups professional business addresses and services. For our office in Krefeld Uerdingen, we are seeking a strong communicator to support our office operations as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
- Support and advice for our existing customers
- Initial consultation for founders and interested parties
- Processing incoming mail
- Friendly and competent answering of telephone calls
- Active participation in the acquisition of new customers
- Evaluation of new business opportunities
- Diverse administrative tasks in the daily business of a virtual office
Your profile:
- Enjoyment of communication and a confident, friendly demeanor
- Independent and structured way of working
- Initiative and commitment to customer acquisition
- Service orientation and enjoyment of dealing with people
- Reliability and organizational skills
- Ideally experience in an office environment or in customer service
