Business Center Lower Rhine – Krefeld location

We are the Niederrhein Business Center in Krefeld – a modern virtual office that offers entrepreneurs and start-ups professional business addresses and services. For our office in Krefeld Uerdingen, we are seeking a strong communicator to support our office operations as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

  • Support and advice for our existing customers
  • Initial consultation for founders and interested parties
  • Processing incoming mail
  • Friendly and competent answering of telephone calls
  • Active participation in the acquisition of new customers
  • Evaluation of new business opportunities
  • Diverse administrative tasks in the daily business of a virtual office

Your profile:

  • Enjoyment of communication and a confident, friendly demeanor
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Initiative and commitment to customer acquisition
  • Service orientation and enjoyment of dealing with people
  • Reliability and organizational skills
  • Ideally experience in an office environment or in customer service
